Seasonal variation of chemical content and heavy metal levels in raw milk

Aksaray province is an important raw milk supplier for the dairy industry. In this respect, it to examine quality of region. case, was collected over a nine-month period from 413 cows at seven distinct locations in three different seasons. The percentages fat, lactose, protein, dry matter, somatic cells, and levels heavy metals like arsenic, aluminum, cadmium, lead, nickel were examined. All these components their seasonal variations also researched.
 Considering average values parameters all farms evaluated within scope study, significant changes detected. Significant observed total solids, nickel, cadmium lead. Only protein value did not change depending on details basis are examined study.
